Tomorrow afternoon, Henrico County and Hanover County will hold a joint public meeting of their Board of Supervisors to discuss the future of providing water to residents of both counties. The meeting was scheduled about a month ago, well after the city’s January 6 water plant meltdown that left much of the region without water for six days, but before the most recent city water plant mess two weeks ago when the city failed to clean the intake filters from the river.
