EDITOR’S NOTE: Today, I am taking a liberty and dedicating this edition of RVA 5x5 to the RVA Street Art Festival, which I helped co-found with artist Ed Trask in 2012. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary next weekend, September 16-18, with the refreshing of the Power Plant on the Haxall Canal where it all began and we hope you will be able to join us!
